Pickleballport Shipping Policy
Welcome to pickleballport! We want to get you out on the court as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your pickleball gear across Australia.
1. Scope & Location Restrictions

Australia-Wide Shipping Only: We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including regional areas,but, unfortunately,not remote.

International Orders: At this stage, we do not ship internationally.

P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Yes! We ship to P.O. Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. (Note: Large items like portable net systems may require a physical street address depending on the courier).
2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day.

You will receive a notification email with tracking details as soon as your gear is handed over to our courier partners.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We use Australia Post and leading local couriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

4. Equipment-Specific Shipping Notes

Paddles, Balls, and Accessories: These are shipped in standard parcel packaging and easily fit into standard delivery streams.

Portable Net Systems & Heavy Training Equipment: Due to the weight and dimensions of pickleball net complexes, these items may be shipped via specialised ground couriers. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for transit on bulky goods.
5. How to Track Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.
If you have not received your delivery within 3 business days after the estimated delivery windows stated above, please contact us at hello@pickleballport.com.au with your name and order number so we can investigate it for you.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packing your paddles and gear so they arrive court-ready.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately and email us at hello@pickleballport.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

We will fast-track a replacement or store credit for any items damaged during transit.
